Help with License Asset Management import in Dell Kace
I'm having severe trouble trying to import a csv file of over 50 or more license asset information in to Dell Kace. I upload the csv, apply the column name to the field in the asset, click Preview, it shows the assets it's going to import, i click import and then it rejects the vast majority of what it said it was just going to import! So I deleted what little it didn't import and tried again but it imported even less. This is extremely frustrating and it gives absolutely no explanation on why they are rejected, which is the part that aggravates me the most.
So my questions are:
Has any experienced this?
Is there a fix?
Can I get an explanation on why they are rejected from Dell Kace?
Is there a better csv template I can use?
