Hi need to start packaging Mac OS
hello I am windows application packager for 5 years now and my company is thinking to make packager for both Windows and Mac OS. I am very also keen to start learning about Mac application packaging. Anyone please suggest me from where to start Mac packaging.

Try looking into Jamf Pro (Jamf.com)
This is what we use to deploy images to our Macs, you can't deploy to both Macs and Windows with this though. It is strictly for Macs.
