Hiding Queues?

I'm currently setting up a HelpDesk Queue that will be used with other systems we have to streamline and automate our monthly maintenance window. In addition, I am looking into the possibility of using K-Box as our ticket system with a standard Queue. Is there any way that I can limit access for users to only the Queue they need acces to (IE, ticket submitters/handlers use the HelpDesk Queue, only maintenance techs use the Maitnenance Automation Queue).

Thanks

Of course. Users only have access to queues that you give them access to as 1. Submitters, 2. Approvers, and/or 3. Owners. If they are not in the specified list for one of those 3 permissions, the queue is invisible to them.

Since you included "handlers" (ticket owners) in your question make sure you that if your owners are logging into the admin portal that you turn off the checkbox in each queue allowing blanket admin access

is there a way to be able to still select a user as a submitter in a queue without them seeing the queue? IE - I want users to submit tickets to the help desk, not to the Applications Development Team.
