How do I access the active user downloads to cancel / manage them

I am trying to get a script to work through the user download however been having a few issues, consequently when I log onto the portal as the user I have a number of downloads at the "install requested" stage. How do I cancel or stop these and if possible can I actually remove them form the history just to tidy everything up once I have completed my testing?
