How do I know if managed installation successful? Dell Kace K1000

How do I know if I software deployed on the affected machines are successful?

The software will show up in the targeted machine's inventory and you will see status under Managed Installation Tasks on the Managed Installation Detail page (installed, not installed, attempts, etc).

Yeah.managed to see it. But the result for some are false positives. For example, some software installation will include some dependencies such as MSXML parser, etc. The software will continue to install even though MSXML parser installation failed. So, in this case I should create a script?

Yep, the installation process and recognition is designed to work per application installed, so if you have dependencies as part of the installation process then you are best to deliver the managed installations via a script, whereby you can put some logic in place. For Example:

Step 1
Is MSXML installed

Yes then install Parser
No then install MSXML

Step 2
Is Parser installed

Yes then install main application
No then install Parser

Step 3
Is main app Installed

Yes then finish
No then install main App
