Report to show time from creation to status resolved

Hi

Our team has two KACE queues and our associates are measured on “resolution time”. This time should be from ticket creation to status of resolved. We can not find any filter options or modification date to figure this one out. How can we create a report showing this using creation date and status modified to resolved?
