How do I move from Exchange 2003 to 2010?

Hi All,

I am looking for the way to replace my exchange server 2003 with exchange 2010. How should I proceed so that I can not loss any mailboxes data. Lokking for you all responses.

the abovementined links are quiet helpful and very informative, but in case if your requirement is to move entire data from Exchange 2003 to 2010 without undergoing the co-existance period or shutting down the system then you can take help from: http://www.pcvita.com/exchange-2003-to-exchange-2010.html

also considering the situation if your exchange 2003 server is crashed & your database is damaged this info will surely help you.
