How do you relate queue's to assets? If there is a way.
I am trying to relate one of my queue's that I have as an equipment loan sign out to my asset list. Basically once someone requests a piece of equipment and it is approved, I would like the information they filled in to auto populate the same fields i have in my asset list. Is this a possible thing to do?

I'm sure you could do this through a helpdesk ticket rule but that would require you to write something custom out using mysql. If you have started the sql out you can post it here and see if the community can help out.
Yes, this is possible. I have a couple of queues that pull in data from assets and would be happy to help. You'll definitely need to setup MySQL Workbench so that you can see the tables. The asset data tables are a little tricky to work with but once you understand how they're setup it's not too bad.
