how to change my os from 32 bit to 64 bit

I want to change my Operating system from 32 bits to 64 bits . Can you help ?

depending on the OS.For Linux you compile a 64 kernel and boot from it.For all other OS: you have to install a 64Bit OS, no alternate option.

There's no "changing" from 32 to 64...there's reinstalling the OS, using the 64 bit build, assuming your hardware will support it.
