How do I create a shortcut to webpage with wise script editor? I can't just do a simple file copy?

I guess there are two ways to do this, neither of them involve Wise Script Editor....
You can create a non-advertised shortcut; making the command-line point to the Internet Explorer executable, and the arguments variable the url.
Or you can copy the .URL file of the Internet Shortcut into your MSI package, and create an advertised shortcut from this.
