How to disable IE 11 in Windows 7
Hello All,
My Supervisor has asked that we disable Internet Explorer on all of our Public PC's due to the Flash Security Bug. I know you can disable IE by using the "Turn Windows Features on and off" form the control panel but I was wondering if anyone has a script or bat file that would do this en mas with the Kbox. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

I know. We thought about that but even though these computers in question are in our Domain the users on them are all local users on the individual PC's. the best we can do in group policy is make it so IE wont work (Setup a proxy) for the staff profiles that are in the domain. - Mlib 10 years ago

wusa.exe /uninstall /kb:2841134
OR
dism.exe /online /Disable-Feature /FeatureName:Internet-Explorer
OR
Uninstall-WindowsFeature InternetExplorer

You could use group policy to create a software restriction or AppLocker policy (if available) to deny iexplore.exe from running. Easy to revert once a patch is released...
