How to install SDB file using powershell?
I know how to install sdb file using cmd prompt which
sdbinst.exe "path of the .sdb"
But I want to know how to install same one using powerShell?

In general, use Start-Process. You'll need PS 3.0 + for $PSScriptRoot support. but any modern version of PS will have that.
Start-Process (Join-Path $PSScriptRoot myFile.exe) -ArgumentList "/myArgs"
