how to silently uninstall a product with only an exe

i have an issue for a silent uninstall. I found the uninstall string but it always prompts to confirm removal. I do not want it to prompt.

Here is the string:

"C:\Program Files\InstallShield Installation Information\{163F6F17-DEB1-4840-8895-3A10EF258376}\setup.exe" -runfromtemp -l0x0409 -removeonly

Here is other information from settings file:

[Startup]
CmdLine=
SuppressWrongOS=Y
ScriptDriven=1
ScriptVer=21.0.0.338
DotNetOptionalInstallIfSilent=N
OnUpgrade=1
Product=Passport Client v8.0
PackageName=Passport Client v8.0.msi
EnableLangDlg=N

ProductVersion=8.0.0.1

LauncherName=setup.exe
PackageCode={1441F3DA-7FC6-480A-B9AC-A2928E609140}

Any help would much appreciated.

Hi,
the majority of InstallShield setup.exe applications allow you to create a "run" script (response file) that can be used as a parameter. Response files can be created for both installation and de-installation.
Have a look at the following links...
