How to silently uninstall Office 365 that came with OEM -Lenovo laptop

Hello,
I'm trying to do a silent uninstall for Office 365 version 16.0.6001.1070. I've downloaded the Mr FixIt Tool O15CTRRemove.diagcab. I did the extract. Many PowerShell scripts. I've tried several. None seem to fully uninstall Office. If I run the O15CTRRemove.diagcab by itself it removes Office properly. The only problem it's not silent.  I've seen many references to a .VBS file but that's for older versions of Office 2010, 2013 etc. The extract are as follows:

 Any help would be appreciated.

Thank you,

Brian

A suggestion from Reddit is to use the installer but mark all progs as "excluded": https://www.reddit.com/r/sysadmin/comments/3a1pii/uninstalling_office_365_proplus_via_script/

I haven't done this myself for 365 (only 2013 and 2011 via the "office scrub" apps, which worked great)

I recommend that you look at the uninstall registry key in regedit or inventory the laptop first and click on it's software's and look for the office 365 you want to remove, see if Kace picks up the uninstall reg key using that you can run a script MsiExec.exe /quiet /X{50150000-008F-0000-1000-0000000FF1CE} of course with your uninstall regkey.

Also take a look here I know you said lenovo but this could apply

Using the VBS script shared by pcteklink, it does not remove the Office folder in Program Files (x86) and left several file associations on the machine.

Thanks for sharing but, Microsoft and their changes to o15-ctrremove.diagcab, where they did 2 things to prevent it being used in a silent mode, just poor antics from Microsoft. I thought Steve Balmmer had moved on. But when Microsoft does not put into the .diagcab file the means to create a response .XML file or when they change the script within o15-ctrremove.diagcab to be PowerShell when it use to use VBS scripts that could be extracted then used, this is just Balmmer era employees still in positions making poor decision.

Sorry pcteklink, but that file is not a good solution.

I know this is to be a site for answers, but when a script from MS is leaving executables and dll's on a machine, that VBS file is not a sound answer.

I found an updated script that works for O365 trial. Pre-loaded by Lenovo. The script is as follows:
