How to track maintenance contracts?
I would like to be able to track my support/maintenance contracts that might cover physical hardware/appliances, VM appliances, 3rd party services (ISP & voice contracts), and even software support. It would need to send out notifications, 90/60/30 days in advance of an expiration date. Is there anything in KACE that can track that information?

It would take a little time to setup the information in the Assets Module, but it can be done. From a 20,000 ft view here's what you would need:
Setup a new asset type with the data you want to collect. Configure the reporting based on that Asset (ie. Asset - Maintenance Contracts) Setup the report criteria to show the "Contract Expiring Date" < 90 days and > 89 days, set the report to run on a daily schedule and check the box "Do not send empty reports." Setup a second report same details but setup criteria to show "Contract Expiring Date" < 60 days and > 59 days. This should give you your reports timely and you collect the data you need to keep up with your maintenance.
