As you'll need to run the Office setup EXE and GPO can only handle MSI-driven or ZAP-driven installations, you're either going to have to encapsulate the EXE in an MSI or a ZAP. Either way, it's a horrendous kludge and one to be avoided.
You need to find another way to deploy your software, not just Office.
