I need a SINGLE report that lists all the servers and the patches applied to them in SCCM 2012 using SSRS

My boss wants a single report that shows all the servers we patched and what patches went to them from a single Update group. He doesn't want to drill through teh report he wants it either on on page or each server to have its own tab in a XLS. 

 

I know NOTHING about SSRS on SCCM 2012 except how to run the canned reports. Is there a way to do this? If so, how?
