assuming you have checked your licensing.... (As EdT has pointed out) and all your ducks are in a row.

Yes you can. Use the OSPP.vbs file in the Office install folder...

"C:\Program File (x86)\Microsoft Office\Office14" (adjust for 32 and 64 bit OS and version.....)

There is also a helpful ospp.html file (for help) with all the cmd arguments you can use.
