Is it possible to manage the settings for applications such as LogMeIn and TeamViewer?
More and more of our users are using remote access applications such as LogMeIn and TeamViewer. Obviously I am a bit concerned about controlling the settings for these applications due to the nature of them. Would make my life easier if I could. Anyone know how to do it?

First; you need to refine your question heavily.
Second; search the site for ways to configure those apps, you should find something that will help.
Third; consider (a) selecting a single application as a company standard and support it, removing any others, and (b) locking down your desktop so users can't install whatever they want - you'll go crazy trying to support them.
