if the connected notebook is able to do so, yes.
If not, you will not be able to do so.
Keep in mind, that the internal screen also needs to be powered.
I tried but maximum screen resolution, i am getting is 1920 x 1080 only not 3840*2160 and display at a same time is possible only on two screens, all three are not displaying the screen same time.
and also a problem of display fluctuating.

had the same issue on some devices and some screens.
Usually if the notebook has a 4k screen many docks only support 2 4k screens and 2 2k screens only ( you can calculate this from the documentation where you can see the cumulated max resolution, but for this special device there is no list like that)
Especially if you have fluctuating screens or a sudden black and then back again screen it is a good idea to connect this screen directly to the notebook. Also you should not daisy chain your screens. - Nico_K 3 years ago
We've had similar issues, and no matter which monitor gets plugged in third, it sticks at the lower resolution. After some trial and error and support request directly to Lenovo, resolved with a workaround: plug the third monitor cable directly in to the laptop instead of the dock. When docking, it requires plugging two cables into the computer (USB-C dock and HDMI for monitor) but it provides capability to set the resolution right on all three the way we want it.
