IS SCCM AND KACE
I would like to know if i configure and deploy SCCM in my work environment a good idea or i can just deploy KACE instead are they doing the same thing?

That depends on what you're trying to accomplish. Both products will allow you to deploy, maintain, and monitor applications across a wide range of computers, but they do it in vastly different ways.
What are you trying to accomplish exactly? That could help point you in the right direction.
Access to Technical support is also easy. Works not only with Microsoft but also other software/vendor too.
