Is there a way to block a particular software manufacturer as well as its products using KACE?
We are trying to block rogue VPN proxy avoidance software on our network.

Since application blocking is done through the software catalog I don't know that there is a way to have it happen automatically. You could create a custom service desk rule that would find and tag the applications, however. It appears that blocked applications are listed in the SAM_NOT_ALLOWED table, you would need to add the TITLED_APPLICATION_ID to the table and it should then be listed as blocked.
