Is there a way to see "Viewed by" History?
can we see if someone has looked at the ticket without adding info.
I need a report to see what agent or contractor viewed a ticket and did something but never added a comment.

since opening a ticket and don't doing anything with the ticket is a read only-function, there is no trail for that. (in the user browser yes in the cookie if configured on the user browser site)
If you do a write (= change the ticket), you can see this in the trail.
