Is there any way to delete custom views in the Service Desk?

One of our managers attempted to correct a spelling error in his custom views and now has twice as many custom views as he wants - is there any way to delete individual custom views or reset them all?

Go to View By and choose the custom view you want to delete.
Once it's loaded click on the "Custom View" button as if you were to create a new one.
Click the Delete button.

  • Thanks - worked on every view except the one he used a special character in. Any thoughts on making that one go away? He said he got an error when he created the view, but it was created anyway, and now he can't delete it. - sarahmurray 9 years ago
    • Most likely a bug. Open a ticket with KACE support. They will probably have to tether into your system and delete it for you. - h2opolo25 9 years ago
