it can not out of the box
but you can do it with some scripts or managed installation

major updates are just inplace upgrades, just install over your existing Windows 10.
i suggest to add the upgrade Manage Installation or Script to Userportal and let your Users trigger the Installations. I like this instead of bothering them with popups and forcing them to upgrade while they work.
