K1000 service desk customization
Running on Kace k1000 5.4sp1
I have problems with K1000 Service Desk customization where i want to create a custom field with the field type set to User.
The problem is that if I create the custom field as above, the problem at the USER end will be
After i change the custom field permission to user modify, i can get a better output which is
this is okay for the end user but when it comes to User who approve tickets, i will have the same problem on the Approving side

That looks like something you might have to submit to tech support for an answer. Have you tried sending this to them?

in my prev experience, theres this man who has been very helpful and very supportive when im doing upgrade to 5.4sp1. but other tech support arent able to be as supportive as him - Mr M.A - fidzul.yahya@bagnetworks.com.bn 11 years ago
