K3000 Mobile App does not install on enrollment
I have a couple of devices that do not install the K3000 Mobile app that is set to install on enrollment. I have removed the devices and added them back. I have uninstalled the profiles and enrolled them a second time all to no avail.
What am I doing wrong?

After the profiles are installed, do you see the devices in the invetory? If so, why don't you go and just install the app manually?

Three of the four profiles are installed. I want to know why it doesn't work as it should instead of fixing it manually. When you have a bunch of these to enroll you don't want to have to mess with the little things as one offs. - matthewk24 10 years ago

Also, have you tried to enroll your devices through a different browser? Try Mozilla.

Again, I will not want to make the end user jump through hoops to get this to work as it should. I want it to work without hitch so that as I have my end users enroll their devices I don't have to deal with oddities or one offs. - matthewk24 10 years ago
