KACE SMA 7.0 - SD Overdue Report

I'm looking for some assistance on creating weekly and monthly report identifying any open tickets that's overdue.  

We have a SLA set for each queue but do not have alerts enabled for SLA's yet. 

Has anyone one created a report like this or can suggest a way to do this without enabling "email on past due"

Have you tried using the report wizard? We don't use SLAs and rarely due dates in our queues so I can't test effectively.

  • My original post refereed to the wrong version, we're still at v7.0

    From that version, i have not found anything within the wizard to help me with this. There's a due date, but no way to report on if its out of date or over due. - mihenry 7 years ago
