KACE Reporting newbie question
Hi All,
We have only really just started using KACE and i need to set up an easy report, but cant seem to find how to do it, so any help would be much appreciated! I need to run a simple report that shows Total number of Calls per month by category, and the average time to close each call.
Any help would be muchly appreciated! Thank you!

The report wizard is quite comprehensive and it allows you to build pretty much anything that you want.
Creating a report to do everything except the 'average time to close each call' is easy done.
For generating the average we need to know what average you want, ie, average time to close a ticket of 'Audio Visual Category' or average time that Joe Bloggs took to close a ticket. I would generate the normal report and have two colums, time closed and time opened and then import that information into excel and average the column for each category.
That is the major amount of configuration which you'll need to do. Not much really.
