KACE SMA Agent Upgrade to 7.2

We are seeing device behaviour for a number of customers when upgrading the agent from 7.1 to 7.2 whereby every client upgraded by the SMA is insisting on requiring a reboot, are any other customers seeing this issue and do you have the issue logged with KACE support?

this is a known limitation in a few environments. The solution will be the 8.0 (or not updating to 7.2) if one of these two environmental settings are done:
1. the agent reboots if a MSI was installed with /noreboot before and/or patching is running
2. metering is enabled (disabling metering should be sufficient, but not 100% sure)
