Kace Ticket Notifications
I would like to set up a notification rule where if I assign a ticket to a specific technician their supervisor would receive an email letting them know that technician has a new ticket assigned to them?
I know Kace has the cc list but this for categories and not a specific person.

You should be able to do this with the rules wizard. Have you tried? - chucksteel 8 years ago

You'll need some way of storing and updating the technician-supervisor relationship. You can use LDAP labels and/or scheduled user imports to accomplish this ASSUMING the information exists in your directory. - JasonEgg 8 years ago
