KACE time setting in a global organization
We are 4 weeks into using the KACE 1000 and need to share tickets across the 'pond' with the UK. There seems to be 2 different modes for tracking time in the KACE setting. Is there a way to have KACE calculate local time instead of system time? Our system is based in CDT while the UK is 00:00 GMT (5-6 hour offset). Seems this will mess up our reports and such. Looking for any best practice advice from others using KACE globally. Thanks!

Most important thing: Check when you will backup the box, as it is not avaiable during the backup. Usually this runs between 10 and 30 minutes. No one will be able to access the box during this time. This could cause many tickets. All the other things depending on what do you want to do with this box.
