Hi 

How does KACE user downloads work, can end user(non-admins)   install softwares using  Install option below?

  • Download
    Cataloged Software Software

Yes you are correct and the very fact that the user selects the script from the enduser console should enable the script to run

Yes because the script or MI is configured using the Agent credentials which should be admin level.

Check the script does not change that i.e. run as logged in user

Which options (Last User, Machine in Assets and Devices tab) need to be linked for user downloads to work? Do I have to change these rules?In my case, we have a large machine park, almost 7000 computers, so we need to use this User Downloads option so that the end user can request these programs.
