kbox/admin page not responding

I was working on kbox/admin and suddenly lost page. Is this maintenance window thus not curently available?

I'm not sure I understand your question. The KBOX doesn't have a maintenance window.

Depending on what time your backup is set to it may have been related to the DB being offline for backup, although it could have also been due to a network issue or power failure, or something else. Can't guess much beyond that without further detail... First things first, compare your scheduled backup time to the time you lost connectivity.

During the nightly maintenance the web server is offline. The default time is 2am. On 5.3 i believe you can change that time.
Rating comments in this legacy AppDeploy message board thread won't reorder them,
so that the conversation will remain readable.
