Kbox service desk is showing (nbsp) in tickets
We are running Kbox 1200, on vesion 5.3, we just noticed that Newly created Tickets have special characters specially (nbsp), any help will be highly appriciated

I submitted this to technical support some time ago and they confirmed it as an issue. The release notes for 5.3.53053 contain the following:
10202: HTML email from ticket rules have invalid content-type parameters.
That sounds like it resolves this issue, but we haven't upgraded our server, yet, so I can't confirm that. We have also move all of our emails to custom ticket rules anyway, so this issue no longer really affects us.

if this is an issue then it should have appear from the day Thank You very much, However this issue have not appeared after after the upgrade to 5.3, this issue appeared after few months of upgrade. - afzal 12 years ago
