Knowledge Base Article Import

Can KBox import any other knowledge base files? Maybe from a csv/tsv file or something? I've got over 400+ articles so re-entering them in one at a time will be a headache.

Importing the articles to asset and using a helpdesk rule is the way to go.

The problem with the schema is that the assets tables get generated on the fly.

Every kbox is different, so this does need to be a truly custom script.

I've been wondering this myself for a while. Havnt quite had a moment to check if I can sort anything out but I've had two ideas bouncing around.

1) Maybe create a custom Helpdesk rule which detects KB Article Import in the title and then automatically creates a helpdesk article based on the email and deletes the helpdesk ticket. Problem here is I cant find a schema (and support cant find one either) which shows where the KB Articles relate and what their table names etc are so that halts that idea for now.

2) Other idea is if they're electronic setup a batch email to email them to helpdesk still but just click the 'Create KB Article' when you view the ticket. It mightnt be much quicker, but its better than nothing.
Rating comments in this legacy AppDeploy message board thread won't reorder them,
so that the conversation will remain readable.
