Local Service Account in Sequencer
I have an application I need to sequence. I have an issue with the sequence because the application requires the service to run as a domain account. Unfortunately the sequencer does not recognize the service if the account is changed from local system. Does anyone know if there way round this issue.

I haven't come across this requirement myself in App-V, but you could try and script start the service with domain creds, since they are in a script and thus might work.
If the above works, you could then add the required bits to the DeploymentConfig XML for automation.
