Log Erased
I am using the wise to collect data in the users' machines and to generate a log in a server on my network. Its happens that the log (.txt cribs) it seems to be being extinguished. When I will verify the data, I have information, after a certain time, it seems that the log was erased and the amount of information is very smaller.
What can be happening???

I suppose there could be any large number of reasons, but from a deployment standpoint- it could be that the log file has been included in a Windows Installer deployment package. When the application is installed (or reinstalls itself to heal a missing file) the log file is reset back to that which was included in the deployment package. This is a common problem when repackaging- often things like log files get captured inadvertently and cause problems like this.
