Mavericks sleeping too deeply - going offline
I have switched between hibernate modes 0, 3 and 25 and had no difference. I would rather not put the Macs to never sleep, since they're idle 16 hours a day. All other Macs from Leopard to Mountain Lion sleep and wake up properly to KBOX, pings, and SSH. It would be a shame if Apple broke something like this with all the "green" initiatives going on.
Mavericks is apparently working for others here, how do you have it set to sleep?

What do you mean by machines are going offline when they are asleep? I don't think any versions will continue checking in to KACE when they are sleeping. - chucksteel 10 years ago
