Monitoring Alerts Notification

Anyone else having this issue.  When  I go to notifications and chose Monitoring alerts notification, it takes me back to the login screen.  is it a glitch, or is there a trick.   I don't know if it ever worked, we just got e-mail to work, so I was testing out things and noticed.  I am logged in as admin.

Thanks,

I find support not very helpful.  I usually end up figuring it out myself.  They just like to send you  links you have already read.  I'll keep checking back.

Ok figured out you are talking about the k1000 and yes that is a bug.  What version of k1000 are you running? I want to submit a bug report on this and need your version for the details, I am running 6.4.119137

I have opened a ticket and have been working with the Kace engineers on this problem.  Can you go make it fail again and then look at

Logs - Server Error

let me know what error you're seeing from your ip in the logs.  I am seeing an error and need to confirm if you are seeing the same error.
