Mysql error 1046, Can someone help me out?
Hi everyone!
I need to import the file into my local host joomla installation. But it's something is not cooperating. This is the error I'm receiving:
SQL query:
Table structure for table `bak_banner`
DROP TABLE IF EXISTS `bak_banner` ;

#1046 - No database selected

For the database import, before you attempt to importthe "flat" file data in, you need go to your local DB (MySQL) andcreate new database After that you can import!

Also, the clue was in the error message "No database selected". Don't ignore error messages as despite the poor standard of many programs, in general they do tend to give you some useable information most of the time.
