Need to find a way to force users to go to a Internet site when there computer is logged into?

We need to force certain users to have a internal webpage launch when they login to their laptop or when they launch IE/Firefox etc?

Use a GPO to launch the page, it is the easiest way.

Another way is, You can create a package which sets the home page and also creates RUN key in the registry.

HKLM\software\microsoft\windows\currentversion\RUN

Create a new string name with value targeting to the url file which you want to open after login.
