Outlook Mailbox Alert Email / Monitoring

We have an email box as part of a workflow solution that is basically a pass through to another Software package.

Is it possible to have Outlook / that mail box send an email to me when that inbox has more then 20 new emails in it?

  • I'm basically looking for a quota based on number of items rather then size, and have an automated email generated that would reach out to the help desk. - jharrell 11 years ago
