Outlook Suggested Contacts Corruption

I have seen a couple of times where a user pulls an email address from the Suggested contacts group from the To line in Outlook.  When you right click on the properties of the contact is has data from different contacts like the wrong email address or wrong title, etc.

I have used the article below to disable the suggested contacts which involves adding a registry key to disable the updated autocomplete, but I would rather fix or delete the corrupt data if I can.  I know the normal autocomplete contacts are kept in %USERPROFILE%\AppData\Local\Microsoft\Outlook\email@domain.com.nst but that does not hold the Suggested Contacts list.  Where is that stored?

Could be a duff N2K file, worth a look and check - you'll prob need to wipe it tho.

Outlook's Auto-Complete or Nickname Cache (*.NK2) (slipstick.com)
