@owner tag generate email notification?

I've just realized that emails sent to the KBOX with the @owner tag to do not generate an email notification to that owner. How do I fix that?

@owner will simply set the owner of the ticket. Whether or not the owner receives an email notification is determined by the notification settings of the queue.

If the owner submitting the @ operator change is the submitter or owner you will not recieve an e-mail; the K1 assumes you know you made the change.
If you are not the submitter or owner and your email on events settings indicate sending the owner a message then you may want to open a ticket.
Rating comments in this legacy AppDeploy message board thread won't reorder them,
so that the conversation will remain readable.
