Patch Status Summary (NOT PATCHED) Report showing Inactive patches

The KACE "Patch Status Summary (NOT PATCHED)" is a great report to run for compliance reasons BUT we would like it to filter out the Inactive patches. Currently is shows inactive patches as not being applied to a system and those patches will never get applied because they have been superseded. Is there a way to filter out the inactive patches so the reports accurately reflects what a Detect job would look like.
