KACE SDA SSL Certificate is not valid

Hi,

I've been trying to apply a new SSL certificate for my K2000, but when I upload the certificate to KACE it doesn't show the certificate's hierarchy/certification path.

I've been wondering if this was an issue with KACE or if it has something to do with my end of it. I do not have a lot of experience with renewing certificates.

This online tool lets you check that your private key and certificate match.

Do you require an intermediate cert?

Comments:
  • I don't know if I require an intermediate cert, but we do have one and I tried using it when I applied the certificate. It didn't change the results; I am still unable to see the certificate hierarchy and it makes the certificate not valid/secure.
Thank you for the online tool, but it seems that everything comes up as matching when I entered the information in. I'm still not sure what could be making the certificate not valid/secure. - Jennifer.Shoup 6 months ago
