I haven't seen how to do it for 5, but this worked for 4 in Windows: http://www.itninja.com/software/acd-systems/acdsee-pro/4-480

Run ACDSee4 (.exe) , go to %TEMP% and copy (.msi) file from there, You can cancel .exe installing.

Command line will be

"ACDSee Pro 4.msi" /qn PIDKEY=XXXXXX-XXXXX-XXXXXX-XXXXXXX ALLUSERS=1 LICENSE_MODEL=Full

/L language ID

/S Hide initialization dialog. For silent mode use: /S /v/qn

/V parameters to msiexec.exe

/UM<url to msi package>

/US<url to IsScript.msi>
