Powershell Script to assist in App-V Publishing to a User SID for Testing

A script I've been working on and off for a month, finally finished it today when Mark gave me a nudge. Needs some more work, but suffices for single appv with UserConfig publishing to SID. Will convert it to publishing multiple packages when I have time free.
