Printer ticket tracking
I was wondering if anyone knows a way to track printer repairs with tickets. I created printer assets and selected it under the ticket, but when I checked the asset it has no tickets tied to it. We would like to be able to log our printer issues for reports by printer.

The tickets support having an asset assigned, like a projector, printer, etc. but there's few if any reports for assets because you build them and every environment is custom, therefore canned reports are hard to have. In this case you'd need to build a report, and it can likely be done easily through the wizard depending on what you wanted.
